SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

All products are shipped directly from the manufacturers in Japan. We provide quick shipping and discreet packaging. Upon completing your order, you will shortly receive a tracking number to comfortably locate your parcel until it reaches your door. Parcels take between 10 to 15 working days to arrive.

 

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, especially when it comes to intimate products.
 

  • Intimate products are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

  • We accept returns in their original packaging within 5 days of their reception by the customer. Enquire here for more information.
