  • I can't find the product I want, can you order it for me?
    In case you know the product you want but can't find it on our website, we can try and ask our suppliers to check its availability for you at no extra charge. Let us know what you need and we'll take care of the rest!
  • What to do if I change my mind?
    We accept returns within 5 days after you receive the products. However, please note that we can't accept products that have been opened, used or damaged in any way. Products must be returned in their original packaging. In case of claiming a return, please write to us first at info@cocowet.com so we can clarify your issue.
  • Where do you ship from and what's the delivery time?
    We ship all products directly from our warehouse located in Tokyo. Upon completing your order, you will receive a tracking number that can be checked on most tracking platforms and also directly from the Japan Post website. We use neutral parcels to ensure discreet delivery. After being dispatched, parcels usually take between 5 to 10 working days to arrive.
  • I want discretion, what will be written on my credit card statement?
    We understand discretion is important and no explicit words will appear on your card statement. Instead, only the word 'Diago' will appear.
  • What payments methods do you accept?
    We currently accept all major credit cards to provide you with a convenient shopping experience.
